Real estate Lloguer Segur has signed an agreement with the Grup Arrels of care of older people, to facilitate rental housing for people who have to enter a nursing home.

So far, this agreement will provide a comprehensive property management rental users retirement homes Parc Guell, Parc del Clot and Caliu of Barcelona.

“Lloguer Segur proposed return on housing is empty, renting it to help pay the monthly income,” explains CEO Lloguer Segur, Sergi Gargallo, in a statement.

Lloguer Segur has over 30,000 customers and an index of zero delinquency, since each rental transaction analyzes the risk profile of the tenant and although it has liquidity, guarantees the owner collection earlier this month.
