Real estate Lloguer Segur has signed an agreement with the Grup Arrels of care of older people, to facilitate rental housing for people who have to enter a nursing home.

So far, this agreement will provide a comprehensive property management rental users retirement homes Parc Guell, Parc del Clot and Caliu of Barcelona.

“Lloguer Segur proposed return on housing is empty, renting it to help pay the monthly income,” explains CEO Lloguer Segur, Sergi Gargallo, in a statement.

Week of Celtic culture

A magical journey through the history and Celtic legends … A trip to the countries where they are still traces of those people who had direct contact with nature. In Rescoldo during this Celtic international week, we have used to make crafts and very Celtic decorations: symbols, shamrocks, dwarves, gods … The memory workshops and psychostimulation have brought us through the towns and Celtic people and have worked with plants therapeutic and ritual magic …

In our party we have viewing an animated film about Celtic traditions, we made a queimada the most Galician style ((here celebrating the Feast of St. James, patron of Spain) to bring good luck and have snacked typical cake Galician …

We play mini-golf

This month we released activity and sports, mini-golf!
We have created a space on our patio perfect for practice, for now we will pull our first “first steps” in the mine-golf, and we love it!
Psychomotor work, sociability, spent some quality time playing sports and entertainment!

Stories of “bravas” and Beer

In our residence, we go snack appetizer!
This time we have prepared a home bravas (spicy without …) and a cervezitas “fresh.
We went out to the back terrace, where we have the garden, this makes a great temperature for this heat.
Funny how when you say the magic words “will make the appetizer” everyone is mobilized quickly! so glad …
Anyway, a lot triumphed, and anecdotally we have to say it’s over very quickly
